  5. T.J. Wallace says:

No, but this is one of the changes I would like to start making in the new year. Having had several miscarriages, I wonder if using more natural products would help with my hormones and fertility.

  6. Jesselyn A/Jesstinger says:

We pretty much ONLY use natural, organic or unprocessed products in our household – something I learned from MY mother – and her mother from that period of time when it was very hard to find such products (aka post WWII until the mid to late ’90′s – and STILL involves thoughtful sleuthing!)

It’s hard to name a brand or even two since we are talking about ALL kinds of products and in a time when there are a lot of brands (that at least pretend to be any or all of the above.) A general rule of thumb is that if you need a degree in chemistry to read the label – DON’T BUY IT!

I only recently discovered Mohawk Valley Trading Company – and look foward to getting more familiar with their products.

Sometimes, but do enjoy organic foods from local farmers. Love beeswax candles. I use to make them myself. They have an amazing natural scent to them and seem to burn longer.
